"To be fair, the hotel is clean, with well kept facilities and good amenities. Great soundproof! I didn't hear any noise despite how close it is to the airport. The shuttle service is super convenient and runs on time. You just follow the instructions provided by hotel and can easily find the bus. Be patient if you don't see it at the mentioned gate, it will show up in a short while. Perfect for a layover/short transit. The will-not-be-reconsidered factor: 300 RMB for early check-in at 10ish am....

"The connection of wifi is abit troublesome But the staff are very friendly to assist"

"Nice staff. Clean rooms. Everyday room service. I was there during Canton Fair. Their shuttle service was very helpful. The only complaint I had was walls between rooms are thin. You can hear next room conversation. The dryer on 8th floor didn't dry cloths. I tried to let the front desk know but I think a lot of guests use it and subject to going bad. The breakfast is good. The location is tricky and far from stores and shops restaurants."

"Merci"

"It is not a flashy looking hotel from street view. Very close to line 8 metro Changgang station. So don’t be surprised if the pictures from website deceive you. The good part is you will find every thing you need with in walking distance. McDonald’s, Burger King, sub way, kfc and 7-11 store are near by. The staff is very cooperative and helpful."

"Everything was great. They cleaned rooms everyday, restocked toiletries, anything we needed. The only con is the gym is nothing like the photos, its just a treadmill, 1 bench and some dumbbells in a room - but I didn't use the treadmill anyway since I walked everywhere in the city. The location is nearby so many restaurants and very convenient. Staff was amazing and helpful."
