"Bad start to the week with having to move due to door locking failure and then had the next 2 days without proper hot water. Maintenance staff had their hands full but got it sorted in a timely manner. All staff were very freindly and welcoming.
Rooms were cleaned on a regular baisis, all meals were varied and tasty, though a couple times there didn't seem tobe enough staff and the wait was extended"
"This resort was recommended by a work colleague as being a small but friendly place with a chilled out vibe and excellent beach/snorkelling access. This was all true. We really enjoyed the quieter atmosphere, being able to use the pool and pool loungers whenever we wanted, hardly anyone else on the beach right across the road from the resort, great parking, and always getting a table in the resort restaurant at the time we wanted. The staff are very helpful and friendly and we received room...
"It was our first stay in Fiji and Maui Palms was the most wonderful experience. The apartment, amenities and grounds were amazing.
Being right on the beach was beautiful and we were able to do a lot of activities through the resort.
Although the standout were all of the lovely friendly and helpful staff!
We loved our stay and will definitely be back."
"The property was beautiful, as were the people. I had no issues or complaints about the property or people. The reason for only 3 stars is location. The beach is nearby, but not a beach you can actually enjoy. This property is on the outskirts of the coral coast, and is in a silty bay. There are no amenities, in or around the beach. You will need to travel a few miles down the road."
"Perfect and special bure right on beach - Beachfront (Tula), with the sound of the sea and waves right outside your door.
Bed mattress new, firm, excellent sleep.
Outdoor open air shower unique and amazing, with gas-boosted instant hot water.
Get a Vodafone eSim online a week before you go ($23 AUD for 50GB for 10 days), activates the day before you go, switch to it on arrival on the airport, get 4G 2/3 bars in your room at the resort as wi-fi only in the restaurant.
Included Continental...
"Had such an amazing time at the beautiful peaceful location just 5-10min walk from Maui bay beach.
Property: I came as a little solo retreat to take a break from NZ winters. The unit was exceptionally clean, fully stocked and I appreciate being able to cook myself- although there are a few restaurants and grocery store within 10min walk. The bed was extremely comfortable and I loved the fact I could get away from bright lights at night and the blackout blinds. The wifi was perfect for...
"We had an amazing stay at Waidroka. The staff is wonderful, food was good, and diving was fantastic. It is such a peaceful, lovely, eco-resort where you away from crowds and city noise. We didn't want to leave!"
"We stayed here for 3 nights, from the time we check in easy communication with Hannah she also ensure us if we need anything just let her know she will try accomodate our needs.
We booked queen double bed for 2 adults 1 child (5yr old) we love our room so cosy. We were lucky to have the whole villa to ourselves for 3 days. Our little one enjoyed the swimming pool and running around with no worries and the owner so lovely we had a full on conversation about life and future opportunities in...
"We (parents and two kids) stayed there for four nights in August 2026. We got there from Nadi by taxi. We received a three bedroom apartment with a master bedroom, two bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen equipped with absolutely everything one needs. Everything in the apartment is brand new and of excellent quality. They also have a nice , not too big pool, but for the kids it was a super attraction. The manager, Mr Junior was very helpful, friendly and welcoming. He helped us with tours and...
"We stayed in the deluxe room the room was absolutely filthy moldy bath mat no hot water our bed mattress foam was so old it was crumbling when touched smelt awful and the slates where all broken kids bunk beds mattress was so thin literally was comfier on the floor. All tea and coffee was so old it was stuck together and unable to be used. Person that was there literally was on his phone most of the time and was not able to communicate with us successfully and blamed my family for the damage. I...
"Love the spacious of the home and security so friendly and kept us feel safe all the time. I have no hesitation returning to this property again in the future."
"This is my favorite place! Very quiet, the staff are very kind, Amani is very helpful and always attentive to our well-being, thank you!
I went snorkelling in front of my room and I even saw baby sharks.
My diner was delicious
I will definitely be back."
