"The resort overall is nice, however in-room facilities in my room type (1-bedroom pool villa) need some improvement. The mattress quality is quite poor so we have informed the staff to put in a topper which help solve the issue. Still, at the rate we paid, we expect this basic needs to be resolved for all future guests. Also, there's no dressing table in room which should be available for this room type."

"The room had a quite bad mold odor. The property quite ran down. We wanted to leave but we could not find another room nearby because it was an holiday weekend. The stuff was not very helpful. They tried to switch us to another room which smelled. Just as bad. Unhealthy place to stay. I will never go back. "

"A great little hotel in the middle of no-where. This hotel is new and presents excellent value for money. I guess it’s only suitable if working in the local area or if you want to get away from it, but a car is needed. "When we arrived the accomodation was not ready. We were offered another local accomodation which was sub standard for the price, and we refused it. Then we were offered another room which although was okay, it was still a very expensive stay and sadly was disappointing. On the upside the lady that managed the accomodation was very nice and helpful, and the area is stunning with some great local restaurants and a wonderful morning market. I think our main issue was that we booked about 3 hours before arriving as we were passing the area, but I do still feel that if the accomodation is advertised that it should be ready. "
