"Love it"

"The staff are exceptionally friendly but the overall cleanliness of the hotel needs to improve and updates need to happen. Daily housecleaning is offered but the hotel needs some more attention. A profound deep cleaning and paint job. Gym was great and location is not too bad. Pool cleanliness is questionable so I avoided it. You can always get about using local taxi apps. And walk down 30min to have a nicer area on the beach. Direct beach near hotel is a fishing community with shacks so best...

"Close to airport plenty of parking easy check in and check out staff are so friendly"

"Basic comfortable hotel in a good location"

"Very clean and mostly quiet. Room service can improve. When I requested, instead of coming they asked me to extend my stay although I was already staying another night. "

"Very good clean housekeeping helpful near by 24 house open super market"

"We had an amazing time at the hotel. We would definitely stay here next time. "

"Nice hotel"

"The location of the Hotel was close to the area we were looking at visiting. The price is very reasonable compared to some of the other hotels. Many dining options available, a close walk to The Waves precinct. Many rooms also have access to a common spacious lounge area (2 rooms per lounge room) which was great as I was able to sit there to walk without being crammed in a room. The staff were all very friendly, attentive, helpful and did their best to fulfill any request we had. Service with...

"⭐ 1/5 – Terrible Experience, Avoid Booking Through Third Parties I booked this property through an online travel agency and arrived to find my reservation was not properly handled. I was left stranded late at night with no support and had to search for alternative accommodation entirely on my own. The stress and inconvenience of being turned away after a long journey was extremely upsetting. No assistance was offered to help me find a solution, and I had to sort everything myself in an...

"First off, I want to highlight that this review is as low as it is because of their service. Absolutely terrible service, treating their customers as a bunch of livestock and animals. We prepaid for this hotel via Hotels.com. They did not offer our prepaid reservation, claiming that the price was too low. This I understand, and I was even willing to pay extra to make up for it. However, it’s how they handled the situation. We had an extra person visiting us, they were going to stay somewhere...

"The hotel is ideally placed at the entrance to the Jabal Akdhar region. It has small but well apointed grounds featuring a guitar shaped pool, a raised boat shaped seating area and a play area for the children. "

"good shuttle service and hospitality."

"Sama Wakan Heritage Home interesting place for one or two resting days. Traditional Omans Village Rooms was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful and friendly especially on the first evening, when we come. "

"Amazing room"
