"This is a great onsen experience. Great service and friendly staff. The baths are good and clean, and the kaiseki food is fantastic. Building is a bit old, but the traditional rooms were comfortable and atmospheric. Would go again!"

Foreign tourists like coffee and like to relax in a big and comfortable chair! The lady manager was cheerful and very helpful. We will recommend this hotel to our friends."
