Toyoko Inn Nagano-eki Higashi-guchi
10/10 Excellent
"The room was spotless clean. The breakfast was very good as well. The hotel is close to train station. On the top floor was lounge with view on Nagano."
Chisun Grand Nagano
10/10 Excellent
"Great location and a nice big room as we both had a big suitcase to contend with. Easy check in and the staff were very helpful. The laundry facilities were good as we managed to get a load of washing done which was helpful as we are on a 4 week trip."
Hotel Rosso Karuizawa
10/10 Excellent
"A lovely hotel, rooms were modern and super clean and stuff were super helpful. I’m booked to return there again later in the year and the staff were excited and ran off and found me a sticker for the hotel that I could put on my suitcase."
Hotel Karuizawa Cross
10/10 Excellent
"nice place only the mattress was way too soft: terrible backache ensued"
Nagano Linden Plaza Hotel
8/10 Good
"The hotel is clean and staff were polite with us. They kept our luggage after we did check out and there was room cleaning every day. A good perk is the free coffee from a machine in the lobby during the morning. The location is great, very close to the train station and multiple restaurants. The hotel has an old look though and there’s just one elevator for all the floors making it busy during check-out hours. The internet sometimes failed us and there were no free tv channels. "

What is the difference between a 4-star and 3-star hotel in Nakanojo?
The big difference between a 3- and 4-star hotel in Nakanojo is the quality of service and access to creature comforts. Three-star hotels are generally more wallet-friendly and include the conveniences and services you need to be comfy, such as breakfast, a gym and WiFi. You can count on a little bit more at a 4-star hotel — think upmarket interiors, premium bathroom products and extra touches like on-site day spas.
