He literally mistreated everyone that was on the shuttle, drove like a complete psycho like if he was in a race, did not stop for people when they needed to either get in or get out. The second day we had a normal driver, thank goodness! "

"Young lady at check in was excellent, on entering our room I drew back the window curtain and was covered in dust and fluff from the back of the curtain....... The bathroom and the rest of the room were fine. Breakfast was plentiful, scrambled egg, bread, pastries, conserves, fresh fruit and yogurts. We had dinner the first night, it was sufficient.
