"Nice roadside property in Panchgani. Good spacious room with all amenities like spa, saloon, playing area, and kids play area. They have beautiful garden and valley viewing points. You don’t need to go outside to any other valley viewing points. Restaurant food is also good with valley-facing seating. Overall, nice stay experience and value for money. My only suggestion to them is to replace the old AC’s in the premium deluxe rooms, which make noise in this quite serene environment. If...

"We had a lovely comfortable stay. The Arabian villa comprises of 2 large villas and cottage rooms. We stayed in family room in a cottage for 4 persons. The villa is for larger groups of 15+ people. "First, none of the staff were wearing masks in these COVID times, even after we requested them to.in fact one young chap even had the audacity to tell us why they were not required. Second, on arrival the reception was unattended and we spent a few minutes till somebody came by to check us in. The room phone does not work, so there is no way to call for room service or housekeeping. The bloke who advised us against masks did give us his cell number to call, except that it was in the back pocket...
