Der Wellnessbereich war während unseres Aufenthalts größtenteils geschlossen und an dem einen Tag, an dem er geöffnet war, nur für eine sehr begrenzte Zeit nutzbar. Darüber sollte in der Hotelbeschreibung transparenter informiert werden, damit Gäste besser planen können. Auch der Ski-Abstellraum war am ersten Tag geschlossen, was für Wintersportgäste sehr unpraktisch ist. Im Zimmer tropfte zudem der Heizkörper, was den Komfort deutlich...

"Nice Hotel in quite location. Off road safe parking for motorcycles. Arrived early and room wasn't ready but told they would make it up next. Owner very accommodating and helpful (as were all staff). Room had balcony and view to rear. Restaurant was closed the night we stayed but a 5 minute walk up the road is a bar and restaurant with good food. Good stopping point if intending to ride the GrossGlockner High Road."
