"Friendly helpful staff, location to Denerau Marina"

"The location and premises were amazing, lovely building, facilities, and views. We stayed in a bungalow. The pools were gorgeous and beach lovely to walk and swim in. They could do with a second sweep through of the pools for bugs in the afternoon, but when requested they did it happily. The restaurants are rather expensive ($8 for a can of coke compared to $1.5 in town). Would recommend bringing lunch foods and drinks for room. "Food was very reasonable and it is set on a stretch of beach with near by resorts next door to each other literally, it is good because you can also eat at the other resorts down side very lively on a Friday night Indian music from next door until 11pm so if you like an early night don't stay here. Up side beach front family friendly nice staff tour desk was great and good access to Denarau without the price tag"

"Worst hotel ever. They says they provide airport shuttle and promised to pick from airport but they won’t . I waited 2 hrs , called them, they will be like on the way and finally after 2 hrs took taxi. They won’t even provide drinking water. When you ask them they are like you can buy from the restaurant. The location is absolutely idyllic, with crystal-clear water, abundant marine life, and a relaxed atmosphere that made it feel like paradise. "The staff are incredible. Sail went above and beyond to get me here and everyone is so welcoming. They remember names and where everyone is from. I don’t know how they do it but I have never met a more welcoming people than those in Fiji, especially here. They have snorkel gear, kayaks and paddle boards ready to be taken out at anytime.
