"Inexpensive location to visit Bilbao. Transportation is a 20 min bus ride to downtown. Staff were helpful with directions and special requests. The room was tired and not well cleaned. Furniture was scuffed, fridge did not work and dust was on all the trim. "

"Great stop from med to Bilbao. Our room condition had suffered from some bad guests. Cigarette burns and black scratches to the shower tray. There is a great local cafe in the Eroski supermarket complex. Sadly access to Tuleda old town is poor. Need to drive and parking is difficult. Also restaurants are mostly closed Monday and Tuesday so avoid those days if you want to eat out."

"I was expecting a typical chain hotel, basic fixtures and fittings, but I couldn't have been more wrong. Check in process was pleasant, the room design was nice and made good use of space (just be wary of the central unobscured shower, if travelling with others). "Comienzo por lo bueno: el hotel es muy cómodo, en un pueblo muy lindo. La relación calidad/precio me parece muy buena. La habitación estaba límpia y era amplia, todo bien. Lo único malo que podría decir, es el desayuno: es un buffet que salvo una o dos cosas (como la fruta) tiene productos de calidad regular, al menos considerando que costaba 10 euros por persona. De todas formas, un muy buen hotel, recomendado, aunque la próxima vez iría a desayunar fuera. "
