"This hotel was everything and even more that we could have asked for. We were lucky enough to get upgraded to the newer building of the hotel which, which was a lovely surprise when we got there. The check in process was so smooth, and every one was so polite and helpful. The staff provided recommendations in the city of things to do, and places to go in the surrounding area. "Really lovely hotel with a good spa and nice little bar (serves some tasty cocktails).
What made it extra special was the Pradaschier Toboggan pass from the hotel for staying 2+nights. This saved us a lot of money.
Down side was the restaurant is closed Mon & Tues evenings and very little choice in the villages for restaurants."

"Die Rezeption der Unterkunft war auf der anderen Straßenseite in einem anderen Hotel, leider war hier der Informationsfluss bzw. eine Vorabinformation nicht vorhanden. Zimmer war sehr schön, ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen aber vollkommen in Ordnung für ein 3 Sterne Hotel. Das Hotel liegt direkt an einer Hauptstraße.
Die Tiefgaragenstellplätze sind zwar direkt unter dem Hotel allerdings muss man eine Straße zuvor abbiegen… sehr schade, dass hier auch eine Information gefehlt hat.
