We loved the area as it is quieter than the south of the lake but has plenty of walks and areas to bike ride. The ferry pickup is a short walk away. There is also ample free parking at the hotel. We used the spa (steam room and sauna. We used the hotel complimentary bikes to go on a 15k bike ride...

We noticed the hotel bar was always full of people singing and having a good time, although patrons here are mostly over 60 years old, they all seem to have a great attitude! Dinner served at the hotel restaurant on our first night was a giant disappointment. It was so horrendous that we decided to skip all meals here, even though we had paid extra...
