"Fantastic location and for a great price. I couldn’t have asked for better. I was able to check in early and got a corner room with a view of the main square. Staff was friendly and helpful and the ac worked fantastic. Good WiFi as well. Highly recommend this place."
"The hotel was clean, the staff was very helpful, and the room was surprisingly large and spacious for three people. The location is also convenient if you’re arriving by train, with the train station nearby and a tram stop close to the hotel that makes it easy to get to the city center.
There are two things I would note, however. First, there are limited restaurant options within easy walking distance of the hotel. More importantly, we specifically chose this hotel because we were traveling...

"Nice stay, I booked a standard room so it didn’t have a luxury feel. I got what I paid for. It didn’t have coffee maker (no lid for the water compartment) and a tea kettle which were great. A few comments, the A/C never really cooled the room despite it being on 18C. They did check on it and got it to blow some cold air but it just took the edge off. Being Europe and a heatwave are also part of it.
Location was great for easy access to everything."
"Het hotel is gevestigd in een patriciersbuis in het centrum van Aalst. Het ontbijt was prima. We zijn goed geholpen nadat wij (rond middernacht!) ons sleutelkastje kwijt waren.
Minder vond ik het ontbreken van airco, de de zware en warme dekbedden en de zachte kussens met schuimrubberen vulling. Maar al met al wel een mooie plek"
"Our stay was perfect for our purposes. We had a one night reservation here followed by a one night reservation at Pairi Daiza. We wanted to be close to Pairi Daiza so that we could go to the zoo early on the day of our planned arrival. Rather than being just a useful location, Hotel du Parc turned out to be very charming. The room was spacious, the staff helpful and the breakfast was wonderful. The town of Ath is lovely with a lot of restaurants, bars, and little shops to stroll in and out...
"It was aiming to be a boutique B&B but failed, dangerous stairs to access, bare light bulbs some not working, no air conditioning, not clean or updated.. in general disappointing and not as portrayed on the website"
