"Stayed at Ibis Schiphol Amsterdam and overall, I was satisfied with the service. Check in was fast and efficient, I had a very basic room but functional, it was clean but in need of some updates. Breakfast and dinner buffet were in the negative side, these were expensive and the food variety and quality was not even average. The hotel location is very convenient; the hotel offers a free shuttle service to the airport which is very useful and it runs frequently. I would say for a stay of one or...

"The stay was very beautiful. But the reception service was very bad and I took the tax upon arrival and when checking out the employee claimed that we did not pay and took it again as a result we paid the tax twice and demanded to open the camera and the employee refused"

"The television in the room is very tiny and does not work. No waters in the room. Some staff don’t pay attention to the “do not disturb” sign. The location is actually a bit more deceiving, as it is hard to get into the city or even collect a bolt. Not very tourist friendly."

"My stay was satisfactory, typical HIG express hotel. If they would add a fitness room this would add a star in future stays. It’s at a quite place, river view, 15mins walk to free ferry to get into a tourist spot, central station, nearby 2 choices for groceries and on the go food. Season prices are up, but you know it’s Amsterdam. BF is as included but I didn’t use it. It was a fruitful stay."

"Cost to eat breakfast At the hotel was way too expensive. There is a McDonald's directly next door.... Which was more cost-effective. There is a walkway across the street directly to the tram station which was very convenient."
