"The place is very convenient next to the airport. The shuttle is great. It would be good to have the shuttle stop and the actual gates though. The place is clean and it was easy to check in and check out. For the most part the staff was helpful, though one of the staff was not helpful at all. I called and asked about an item that I needed ( lotion or toothpaste) and she did not want to help. She kept on saying no we don't have and then I asked if they have it at the vending/store I front....

"My stay was satisfactory, typical HIG express hotel. If they would add a fitness room this would add a star in future stays. It’s at a quite place, river view, 15mins walk to free ferry to get into a tourist spot, central station, nearby 2 choices for groceries and on the go food. Season prices are up, but you know it’s Amsterdam. BF is as included but I didn’t use it. It was a fruitful stay."

"Located next to Sloterdijk Station, it's only two stops and a little over ten minutes from the airport, and easy to get anywhere in the city on the transit system. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast has an excellent variety of items, one of the best I've encountered. I will definitely stay here if I return to Amsterdam."
