"AC broke on the first hour there. Asked for a different room and was full and told to check tomorrow. Called five times to get the AC fixed and was told each time it would be. The next day I was told they would try fixing it again instead of moving me. Supposedly tried calling me later in the night for a switch. I tried calling reception twice on separate times with no answer. Checked out finally. Spent two days sweltering. Worst experience in my 5 days around Ireland so far."

"We arrived very late (as in seven the next morning) due to ferry problems. Desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly on the phone and in person."

"Boutique hotel it was not, no aircon, expensive for what you got. The extractor in my bedroom was incredibly noisy, I measured it at 75dB. My fellow travellers were kept awake by the laundry machines which worked most of the night. Disappointing overall, would not recommend."

"Overall, we had a very good stay. The location is very convenient, especially for getting around, while the rooms were pleasantly quiet, which made for a relaxing stay. The breakfast booking was also a nice surprise in terms of value, although it could perhaps have been communicated a little more clearly that the full à la carte breakfast menu was included, as this was not entirely obvious to us at first. Other than that, the staff were friendly, everything worked smoothly, and we had an...
