"It's a new building and well-maintained. Free breakfast (Korean Style). The laundry room is a plus. Convenient Stores nearby and a Coffee Shop by the front desk. Definitely will stay in this hotel again next time. "

"Nice hotel and cafe next door if you want breakfast or brunch. Room is clean, reasonable not to small. Service is okay, my only issue was I had to pushed my 3 luggages on my own to the front counter. No one came to help me at all. My husband had crutches so he couldn't, no one opens the door for us. I have to open the door for him and push the luggages through."

"It's a nice and clean hotel which is pretty close to metro station, the river, and many cafes. The room I was staying in was spacious with a big window and comfortable bed. The shower room was nice and clean. It had soap and conditioner but for some reason had no shampoo (maybe they just forgot about it..?) Breakfast had convenient hours and was available until 10am so unlike other hotels, we didn't have to get up super early just to have some food. The breakfast options were standard and pretty...

"Clean, quiet and convenient. Walking distance to food and shopping. Although we didnt ask for daily cleaning of the room, the staff provided fresh towels, toilet paper and drinks. Easy check in and put via whatapps. For improvement, could provide more information in English on rubbish disposal. "

"I definitely liked this hotel as my room had a direct view of haeundae beach and it was very large, clean and easy to find. The only downside was the self check in kiosk. I was not sent a text message or a reservation number either on hotels.com, my email from the hotel or in the app. It meant I had to call up the number to ask for the reservation number which wasn’t ideal. I get the point of not having a check in desk but for situations like this that’s definitely why it’s needed "
