"We booked this as our plans changed last minute and it was the most wonderful surprise! It is a beautiful hotel, in the best location. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The only tiny downside was the air conditioning wasn’t working but that was minor and didn’t affect our stay!"

"Pros-Our 3 person room was very spacious, complete with cooking facilities and a fridge. Immaculately clean, very modern and the bathroom was superb. The breakfast selection was also fresh with a good selection of food. It's location is 10 minutes away from the main tourist areas. It's flat terrain, so easy walking.
Cons- Limited on street parking spaces. Non available for our stay, so needed to leave in nearby Q Park underground garage. The elevator is tiny. Fortunately, we only needed it to...

"The hotel is wonderful, on the outskirts of the forest with easy access to hiking and a playground. Only a 12-minute drive to Heidelberg’s Altstadt, their breakfast was good and reasonably priced. Friendly staff, air conditioning, huge tub and shower in the junior suite, beautiful Biergarten with a playground to occupy the kids....all reasons why we would choose this hotel every time possible when visiting Heidelberg!"
"Second visit and staff / service were still very friendly and efficient. Food in restaurant was very good, wholesome, traditional and great value, as was its artisan beer.
Although room decor a little tired, it was clean and serviced daily.
Also found out rooms and restaurant dog friendly.
Would definitely book again if staying in the area.
