"Really didn't like this place. It's older and quite run down, which is a pity, because we really liked the location. The rooms were dirty. There's no other way to put it. Look at the pictures. The pool was badly in need of basic maintenance. The breakfast was not impressive. Exclusively Thai food, which is fine, but I feel that should have been mentioned in the listing.
All in all, we won't stay here again, even though the price was quite reasonable."

Ejeren og personalet var virkelig søde til at hjælpe med at booke turer til nationalparken mm. De gjorde alt for at sikre vi havde et godt ophold.
Værelset var stort og renligt.
Vi havde to overnatninger i forbindelse med tur i nationalparken.

"Receptionen lignede et gammel rodet børneværelse, vandet i 2 bassiner var brunt og ulækkert, I bassinet hvor der var klor-vand i, flød der affaldsposer rundt og var beskidt.
På værelset var der lige sat en luftfrisker ind og ventilation, og så blev der sprayet med “duft godt” lige da vi kom.
Hele hotellet lignede noget faldefærdigt noget.
Sengene var stenhårde, der var myrer overalt på værelset og badeværelset.
Vi blev der i ca. 30 og så smuttede vi igen.
Vi var de eneste gæster på hotellet."
"Unfortunately, it wasn't as pleasant as I would have wanted it to be, the A/C in my room stopped working properly at midnight. A few ants were on my bed and bit me while I was asleep. I respectfully informed the front desk of the issues and if the manager could give me a call asap. It's been over 48 hours and have not heard from management. I'm all about giving a business a second chance and will stay at the same room if the deficiencies are fixed. "
"The resort is not what it is advertised to be. It was built 6 years ago and very obvious has not had any money for maintenance since built. All repairs are very poor patches and not repairs. Check in was OK, but no explanations of anything and asked us for our breakfast choices for everyone before ever seeing a menu. Gave us a key that did not go to anything, just a prop. Only way to communicate with front office and resort is to walk all the way up to front desk or use a Thai app called...
