"The only issue I had was the late night service. The hotel says it a 24/7 lobby but yet i had to wait for 10 mins to be let inside. I understand it was late night around 2 am. However, i shouldn't wait for 10 mins to be let inside as well their no english notification for late night service so definitely a language barrier "

"Arrived late but still received a welcome. Car park was full but I was told to park opposite the front door which was good as my wife cannot walk far. Rooms are small but clean, modern and very well appointed. Breakfast more than adequate and dispensed (machine) hot drinks are hot. Staff couteous and helpful, would stay again."

"Fun, eclectic totally French vibe in this modern-aesthetic hotel. Rooms are tiny and bathroom was like a cruise ship’s, bed was a student thin mattress-none of this was a negative. We enjoyed our visit and would stay again!"

"The staff were very helpful (Lena on reception went above and beyond - her attention to detail was exceptional!). We arrived early and they made a room available for us. Breakfast was very good - typical French which was good since we were in France! Room very comfortable especially the bed! Balcony was a lovely place to relax in the sun!! Will be staying again when we next visit Épernay. "
