"this is not a review for public, but for management.... we love this property and have stayed here several times. This time we had problems with the wifi and/or tv and television connections. we aren't tech people so not sure what was wrong. we connected our phone to the property wifi, but still had bad phone connection to our daughter and local pizza order. the tv disconnected several times over our 5 night stay. we had someone come to room to "repair" on Wednesday, but still had problems Wed....

"The best part of our visit to the Retreat at Mt. Charleston was a young man named Chuba at the front desk. He was friendly and helpful and mentioned that there were a lot of plans in the works to improve the retreat...we might give it another shot in the future. The pictures of the retreat were misleading about the amenities. Overall, it was okay."

"Expedia listed that there was a rollaway bed with the room that I booked, however when I got there I was informed by hotel staff I couldn’t have a rollaway bed with the room due to safety. Expedia was unwilling to help out and we didn’t have enough beds for everyone :("

"I like how it was quiet and safe it was. Owner was very sweet and was very prompt with responses with all my questions my only complaint is the water was cold and wouldn't heat up while washing my hands other then that the place was pretty great! "
