"Stay was pleasant and room nice except nothing was done in our room after the first night. Normally that doesn't bother me but usually trash is picked up. PM clerk was very helpful. Second morning there was a lag in the office being opened. There were lots of people waiting for their breakfast. We were waiting to get cream cheese to go with our bagels; someone forgot to put it in the bags. Loved the "to go" bags but not sure everyone is made aware of how you get breakfast. We picked up...

"Thought the property was located in a perfect position to restaurant choices and great shops. The shuttle was great and came frequently to get us to the park entrance. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was such a great spot outside and so refreshing after a hike. The deer on the grounds were an added bonus! Breakfast was very good and the gift shop and ice cream were wonderful! "

"There were small things that didn’t work properly… the sink faucet needed to be tightened so it didn’t flop around and the toilet lid needed the same. Occasionally could smell sewage smell via shower drain. Needs to be addressed if possible. Still a great property and would recommend. "
