Seemed to be newer with a good air conditioner and was clean. This is not a true boutique hotel but more like a rental of a large 1 bedroom 2 story townhouse in a gated townhouse community on a hilltop. "A biking weekend planned around Graskop. Linda was very friendly and helpful...,placing us in a cabin with easy access and off road parking for the car and bike trailor. She also told us which roads had tar and which to avoid. Eating out in Graskop was surprisingly good... but the traditional braai at the built in braai was better!"
