"The staff was the only reason for not getting the lowest score. The were friendly, accomodating, and did everything to provide excellent service, but the overall neglect and condition of the hotel is why my score was so low. Lets start on the negatives... 1) The hotel on the website does not match the actual hotel. Many of the attractions/pools are not operational. The attractions for the kids are not operational or are in need of maintenance. 2) At one point i was in need of sunblock so i went...

"This is a fine resort hotel, however, I was troubled by the inoperative Air Conditioning which ultimately required that we move to a different room. It was on-and-off, and was ultimately resolved, but the problem was annoying and interruptive. Otherwise, a great stay! Great food, very nice staff."

"Property is ok. Tile on floor was lose making noise. Looks like property got 2 kind of management. Prime and IMG. You go one place they send you for the other if you make a reservation with a different provider. No brakefast include if you want needs to pay apart . We have to leave the car on the street garage was full. No one to help with luggages . We extend ou stay another day and they can’t get it done at front desk need to go to either prime or IMG to get it done. Good place ok food...

Muita atividade para adultos e crianças, nos divertimos muito jogando bingo, participando de gincanas, além da quermesse e lual para os adultos e balada kids para os pequenos. Funcionários muito atenciosos, agradeço à todos da equipe do hotel e tbm a equipe de recreação como a tia Sol e tia Lalá que foram maravilhosas com o cuidado dos meus pequenos e as demais meninas que fazem parte do grupo.
