"Staying a week for work and the reason I chose this hotel was because of Gym and Aircon in the room. Needless to say, neither was present. I was told that the Aircon was “Manual” and that they would send a technician. Of course they never did during the entire week. Next week I will stay at a different hotel."

"This hotel was not my first choice. It was the only place with accommodation during the period of my visit. Expedia and the hotel web site state check-in is at or after 4:30PM. When we arrived, there was no staff on site. We had to call and wait for people to arrive to check us in. The only time there was "front desk" staff was when someone telephoned for them. Ci si sente coccolati in tutto, con tante piccole e grandi attenzioni che rendono il soggiorno super piacevole, dimenticando per qualche giorno lo stress della citta'. "Not very impressed, the reason for booking was so we could relax and and have spa and massage treatments. And they said that the person doesn't work the month of August, isn't that busy season.why would I go halfway up a mountain to stay with nothing to do and don't help you with anything.very disappointed."
