"The hotel is conveniently located to downtown Jackson Hole, with a warm, tasteful upscale country atmosphere in the lobby as well as the rooms. The staff were friendly and professional. An upscale Breakfast buffet every morning as well as delicious cookies in the afternoon."

"Overall stay was positive in terms of room, balcony, and the bed. These were 10/10 great. However, pool was closed, restaurant closed, and shower didn’t get that hot. Wanted to get food and drink but not an option….and got charged a resort fee. "

"It started out rough as I was given a room that was not what I had booked. One bed, not much room, but after talking with the staff the next day, they moved me into the right room. They need to improve their late check-in process. "

"The room was spacious and comfortable. It is a few blocks easy walk from Jackson Square where there is ample dining and shopping. It is in a quiet location. Best of all the bathroom tub has a jacuzzi option which was great after a full day hiking and enjoying the beautiful Grand Teton National Park nearby. "

"Picturesque, friendly, and enchanting! It was snowing when we arrived, making it feel like we were in a Hallmark holiday movie. The staff (and dog, Yeti!) were super helpful and warm, and made us feel right at home. Room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Loved spending time in the main lodge playing pool and checkers, and relaxing by the fireplace. The s’mores kit was a great touch! Absolutely loved the charm of this place and would recommend it to couples (including LGBT couples!) and friends...

"My room was warm & comfortable. The staff is very friendly. When I arrived into the lodge there was a nice warm fire burning. In my room the bathtub was very grimy with long black hairs in it. The rest of the room was clean. Overall, the place is enjoyable. Most of all they were very dog friendly. "

"Maria & Taylor were amazing Inn Managers, our daily breakfast was amazing and cocktail hour was filled with delicious wine and great conversation. We meet some great people and the Inn was clean quiet and extremely comfortable with beautiful rooms. "

"Property under renovation so somewhat limited parking. Also, I didn't realize there was a daily $20 fee for parking. We did walk into town, but it was a dark walk, and sidewalks icy in places. Doable, but just be careful... suggest a flashlight. Front desk staff very helpful. VARIETY on the breakfast buffet was great. Definitely would stay again... and plan to!"
