"This a unique property, very cosy and peaceful. It was exactly as advertised and very charming with a well presented modern attached bathroom. Karen was a really helpful host and the location for us was great especially as Karen gave us so much advice and assistance to plan our day in the Grampians. Sadly due to the cloud cover we did not get to see the night sky but on a clear night anyone keen on stargazing will have a great view. "Great stay. It is a beautiful place and the cabin was spacious and comfortable - as was the common room.
The kitchen is outdoors and provides cooking utensils but don't expect anybody else to clean for you. Also you should provide your own food.
As it is pretty far out the landscape and the stars are amazing.
If the owner is not at the reception when you arrive, just give him a call. He is friendly and fun and can give you some tips for hiking.
