"Nice hotel in city centre, about a 10-15 minute walk to the train station. Large comfortable bed. Would stay here again."

"The front desk staff were wonderful. They helped us so much and gave us great recommendations. It was a bit cramped for the 6 people in two rooms but it was doable for our time in Epernay. The hotel is close to walk to the different tasting rooms but is not very kid friendly. No playgrounds in the area."

"A very comfortable room and hotel. Very easy walk to Avenue of Champagne and other sights. Friendly staff and easy checkin. Note that “Laundry Facility” means “Laundry Service” for a fee and not on-site coin op machines for guests. A very nice laundromat is close by. Even with that note, we’d stay here on another visit. "The food was excellent but do not recommend staying at the hotel. The showers and bathroom mirrors are only adequate for people under 4ft tall. The rooms need remodeling bad to accommodate people. Also, they are serious about locking you in the hotel and parking area at night which caused an issue during our stay of someone setting off alarms and honking in the middle of the night when arriving late."
