"Room was nice and large enough for 3, toiletries provided only body soap. We were put on the first floor near the stairs so theirs is noise from both guests and housekeepers . I hear water running from above me and movements of furnitures. My last day the housekeepers were so loud talking on the hallway and constant banging of doors that I told them to keep it down. The area around the hotel is dirty and sketchy that we make sure to go back to our hotel by 9 pm. Breakfast is good "

Laundry is a service, not self laundry, although I found LaBar across the street offers laundry (wash & dry small load was €8) and you can enjoy a beverage and snack while you wait, enjoyable experience. "Very convenient. Hotel locates right at the centre street La Ramblas of the old town and right above the main subway line. Close to the port too. Nice traditional Spainish design of the building with spacious and great declaration of tte lobby. Stayed here 5 nights before cruising and had a great experience here at Barcelona. "Staff was great. First night was awful: AC was not working, the beds were super tough and I couldn’t sleep. I decided to move to another hotel, but the staff was kind enough to show me other rooms in the hotel to see if I would like to change rooms. They have umbrellas for rent, parking is free, there are tons of good restaurants around, and the staff is always willing to help"

"Based on Europe Hotel standards. Room had big double bed with plenty of space for luggage. No closet but hangers and a rack was available to hang a few items. Mini fridge and safe were available. Bathroom was small with large shelf space to place toiletries. Shower water leaked out to main bathroom space. My reservation included breakfast every morning. They deliver to your room and you have option to eat in room or on terrace 6th floor. Bfast included some type of sand which, yogurt , pastries...

"Hotel is in a great location - just a few minutes walk from the Plaça catalunya so ideal for transport and shopping and places to eat. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. We had a twin room with a city view - an upgrade on arrival. The room was clean the beds were comfortable and the bathroom and toiletries etc were good. For the price this is a good hotel in a great location. There is a locker room where you can leave your cases if your flight is later in the day. "
