"Would not recommend this hotel at all. Awful, had to wait 20mins because the check in was at 2pm. Then a further 20mins so she could check with her manager if she was okay to check us in..key card didn't work so had to left our bags in the locker room! Heating didn't work and they didn't know how to fix it. Asked for a different room, told me they were all the same! No food available!! Only couple in the hotel. Decided to leave asked for a refund and told me to fill in a complaint and it was up the online operator to refund me!!!!!!"

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately there was a lot of construction blocking the main route to the parking but the hotel made us aware of this a few days ahead of time and also gave us an alternative route. The breakfast was very good. The room was comfortable. "
