"Jay Peak is one of our favorite places. We have been going for 10 years. The snow is great, the food is delicious and there are friendly people. But the service seems to be getting a little less friendly and the cost is going up. The ski school has policies that aren’t parent friendly and may have safety implications. "Everything with the room itself was great. It was clean and in a great location. My issue with this reservation was the amenities. They are not inlcluded. So even though the listing says they have pools and hot tubs, don't expect to be able to use them unless you pay more when you get there. This should be made clear to anyone that books at this resort. "
