"Todo bien"

"Mi problema fue el baño se inundaba y no podía disfrutar un buen baño"

"Excelente todo"

"No me agrado el hecho de que no habia to"

"Definitely would stay here again. All staff were friendly, professional as well as helpful. Rooftop pool view of Parque Independencia and beginning of Calle Conde. You can’t get any closer to the colonial zone as well as be that close to the water. Plenty of food options in the area and breakfast at hotel is pretty good."

"The mattress just had a top sheet over it not a fitted sheet so when you slept the sheet would slide and showed how stain and dirty the mattress was. There was no hot water, the mini fridge was warm, maintenance never came. The rooms air conditioner didn’t cool so it stayed at about 78 degrees. Every day there was power outages. The tv didn’t have signal for channels."

"Clasico"

"We enjoyed our stay this week and the staff was great and helpful in ALL areas of the hotel. In my opinion that is rare, which is why I was really impressed. The hotel has been around for a while and that goes with the area, but they have kept it up very good!!!"

"I loved the location of the hotel; it is very well centered on the malls and tourist destinations. What I like most was the customer service of all the staff. They were very friendly and always willing to help. Made us feel right at home. I highly recommend this hotel!"

"La limpieza, el desayuno no es atetitoso."

"Very good although terrible communication with resection they should improve that"

"No lo recomiendo el desayuno era deprimente"
