"Well placed. Reception staff were amazing - there had been a mix up about our twin/double room, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful or accommodating and sorted the problem beyond our expectations. Would go back."

"فندق جميل والنظافة فيه ممتازة للغاية"

"Habitación muy desgastada, paredes sucias, olor a humedad. Desayuno bien"

"Edificio antiguo en el que este hotel está en la tercera planta. Está remodelado y se notan las mejoras dentro de lo que es el hotel. Las personas de recepción muy amables. El desayuno es bastante sencillo pero suficiente para empezar el día, y se sirve en una sala pequeña a la que hay que acceder por unas escaleras. Si tuviera que mejorar algo creo que sería el desayuno."

"The hotel had an antique feel and was very clean and well kept. The staff were all friendly and helpful with directions, and the amenities and breakfast were excellent. Having wine and a light snack every evening was a delightful bonus. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Super location and great staff"

"Great location for our 6:00 am flight the next morning. The room was clean. They had lots of snacks in the lobby. They scheduled a taxi for us for the next morning. Everything was great. We left too early ( 4:30 am) for the breakfast."

"Room was top notch and for breakfast to be thrown in with the price was excellent value for money, highly recommend"

"Perfect location so close to the train station. We chose the breakfast option and it was plentiful & delicious. Lots of great restaurants close by. We also did a day trip tour of Florence/Tuscany & our meeting place for our tour guide was at the bus station only 10 minutes walk away."
