"Great place if you want to stay right outside the ZTL zone and the wall (beware of that if you are driving). Such a gem of hotel. The staff was super helpful, very kind and serviceable, i mean really really really nice. The room was a little tight for 4, but the bathroom was huge! All super clean, really impeccable. Our bedroom was in the adjacent building but in the ground floor, which made rolling in the luggage a breeze. The room itself had a queen bed and a day bed with a trundle. They were...

"Well hotel is well located and Sofia at front desk was very helpful . Room with a large terrace facing old town gives a good view . Besides the large terrace room size is very limited and bed was not heavenly . Breakfast was very simple ."

"This is a delightful hotel with staff that are extremely friendly and helpful. Although the historic nature of the hotel precluded lifts this did not detract from the stay (one way of saying fit).Huge benefit of having on site parking."

We had breakfast included daily which was very good and had a bunch of gluten free options. Our bodies were tired after the hustle & bustle of Florence & Rome so we booked into the “light spa” and had the hot pools to ourselves. It was a short walk to town.
