"We were greeted by a lovely lady Sharon on reception who was very kind and helpful and helped us with our suitcases up the stairs to our room. The staff in the breakfast room were pleasant but not very well trained and at times confused. The Room was a little tired and could do with a refresher. I found the bed quite uncomfortable not the best night's sleep but the shower was great. The food in breakfast bar and restaurant was nothing special and lacking in variety and choice for my wife who's...
"Als Geschäftsreisender auf der Durchreise war es in Ordnung. Das Hotel ist auch schon in die Jahre gekommen.
Das Frühstück war frisch gemacht und sehr lecker"
"Friendly staff, really good size room, nicely decorated. Let down by a really uncomfortable mattress that was lumpy and uneven plus a foul smell of fungus in the bathroom. The bathroom itself looked clean, so I suspect it originated in the drains."
"A spacious room with a small en-suite.
Clean and tidy.
Very large bed!!
Quite quiet considering the proximity to the main road.
Would stay there again."
"Everything was great. The food was delicious, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The hotel is very well organized and maintained. It is also an excellent choice for families with children, offering a comfortable and welcoming environment. We had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend it to other travellers."
"Very convenient for a nights stay. Despite being in a pub it was very quiet. Lovely clean, soft towels and clean sheets . Staff were friendly , easy for dinner and breakfast"
"Lovely clean room and buffet breakfast. Some maintenance ongoing in corridors with unpainted walls.
Unaware of £9 charge for parking until we checked in"
"I was given a cabin room situated at the back of the main hotel. Any one with poor mobility I recommend not to book these rooms, The stairs are steep and exposed to the outdoors therefore may get wet &slippery . The main room was clean. None of the bedside lights worked. Only one bulb worked in the main room. There was a small window without a curtain, anyone passing by could look in and clearly see anyone who happens to be sitting or lying in bed. The bathroom was okay , although noted cracked...
"We booked to stay at this hotel for 2 nights, we arrived on Friday afternoon and were shown ir room. I had booked a garden room (rooms away from the main building) which I soon realised had been very strategically photographed. The room was big but very dated but we didn’t mind as we would be at a wedding rehearsal that evening and the wedding the next day so little time spent in the room. On initial view I noticed the carpet was really dirty and there was no toilet roll, the member of staff at...
