"A quirky small hotel with spacious, clean, comfortable rooms in a convenient location. The placement of the sink in the room is odd and awkward but that's my only issue. The attached Lakely bar and restaurant is fantastic."
"Great hotel for families, not much more cost than other local hotels with rooms that could actually fit our family of 5 and even more than that. The waterpark was fun and the life guards were vigilant and great. Only complaint was the add on of resort fees when we got there but still liked it. Bonus was that the Mexican restaurant in the adjacent parking lot was fantastic. Would recommend"

"The room we stayed in was comfortable and large. The staff member who checked us in was friendly and tried to be accommodating. She struggled checking us in. We wondered if the bed had been made up properly and hoped it wasn’t used before us. The facility was a bit dingy and seemed outdated and furnishings worn. "Absolutely love this hotel! We live a couple hours away but met here as a midway point with family out of town. Front desk is unmatched, she was kind enough to put all 3 of our rooms in a row and was exceptionally kind. Rooms were impeccably clean and breakfast and pool area are very nice.
Also for those from out of town, check out downtown Chippewa falls! Their zoo is really nice (free/donation based) with multiple beautiful parks, pavilions and a splash pad. There’s also a candy shop and...
"The pool and hot tub were great. The dog walking areas around the hotel are excellent. The breakfast could be improved by adding a couple small items, such as muffins, bagels, etc. All in all we enjoyed our stay."

Owner is super helpful and kind. Minor hiccup at check-in due to booking through Expedia - Expedia doesn't share any info with the owner of the property and the email for my self check-in wasn't sent. I called the owner and he called right back after a few minutes and was able to give me all the instructions I needed. He even gave me some hiking recommendations.

" Everything was great. There 2 super minor things to critique. We ran out of hot water when showering with that many guys to shower after long day out hunting (we just staggered our showers over longer time frame for the second day) and there was loose step stone on the steps. But like I said great place, all of the guys look forward to renting this place for next year too! Thanks for letting us stay!"
