"I can't speak highly enough about this hotel. Clean room, kind people at the front desk, nice and quiet location (yes it's unassuming and sort of randomly located but who cares) and EXCELLENT daily breakfast included. When I needed a power adapter, they provided it. When I needed to borrow an iron, same thing. They were always able to call a taxi as I required etc. etc. I will be back. Excellent value, excellent stay. "

"Staff were pleasant and helpful. Great location if you like a good walk and close to so many wonderful restaurants outside the centre! The hotel feels like it was far grander in previous times - upkeep not maintained. Not providing basic amenities (1 soap dispenser and no shampoo, soap, lotion etc), is pretty poor these days. Breakfast smelled great but chose to each at local cafes. Didn’t realise the spa wasn’t free for guests"

"Great location near the Porta Nuova station and metro/tram stops. Really loved the room with French doors and the view of the park just in front. The breakfast was nice too in a lovely room. The staff was very helpful. One of my all-time favorite hotels in this gem of a city! "
