"The hotel is located in the top floor of a big shopping mall and there is a local supermarket where you can pick up fresh fruits, pastries or anything you would like. It is only 20 mins walk to the ferry and old town area which is convenient to go around."

"What a great hotel! The staff from the start were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast each day was really good, always fresh. The pool area was incredible, very well maintained and relaxing. Our room was small but great for two friends travelling, we also got a balcony which was a nice touch. The room was cleaned each day and refreshed towels when we needed. I would definitely stay again!"

"They built a parking lot from scratch right below our windows for 4 days straight, all day long. Alerted to the situation, the staff did not react in any way, shape or form, just ignoring our messages. It shows a profound misunderstanding of hospitality and makes me wonder what else they would not care about ? Except that, the apartment had visible water infiltrations on the walls, the towels smelled when changed (every 3 days) and the walls are paper thin so you get to live with your neighbors....
