"I like the fact it was a walking distance from Bella center, however the hospitality was not great . The breakfast was not complimentary, no complimentary water or tea in the room ."

"I got locked into my own room because the lock in my door was broken, but the front desk helped me right away!"

"The room was clean. Every day staff came by to look if you need an extra set of towels. There are a lot of shops nearby and it is close to the train station! Things i missed: a mini fridge and the shower didnt drain the water properly. Maybe more pillows (bigger ones)."

"Rent snyggt, modernt, praktiskt boende samt synnerligen varierad deliciös frukost och hjälpsam och kunnig personal."

"La posizione dell'hotel è davvero ottima, a meno di 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale (con frequenti collegamenti da e per l'aeroporto). "The receptionist Amalie was so helpful nice and very pleasant"

"The room was the smallest I have ever stayed in. However it did contain all the facilities we needed and was clean. The safe had been pulled from the wall and the fridge socket was pulled out. The reception staff said they would be mended next day but they weren't. The breakfast was excellent and so was the location. The staff were very nice."
