"Great value for the price. The restaurant next door offers a nice variety of tasty food."

"Terrible worse"

"profesional service nya bagus"

"We had a 1 night stop over and it was good, clean and convenient. Unfortunately we had an early flight so we couldn't try the breakfast. The pool was lovely"

"Personnel très disponible et aimable, chambre propre"

"The hospitality was great, they offered free breakfast and free airport shuttle at this cheap price is commendable. They could really use better bedding rest over all stay was good"

"I find the hotel quite disappointing. The taxi driver who took me to the hotel told me that it's quite a new hotel so I was quite surprised that the room I stayed in has shown a lot of age. I booked a room with one double bed. The room itself is very small. There wasn't much space left between the bed and the wall. The room itself was clean but very minimally decorated. It wasn't the cheapest hotel around so I think the price it has asked for is expensive for what I got."

"Nice hotel close to airport Minor : the breakfast menu not satisfied"

"Overall, my stay at Whiz Luxe Hotel in Surabaya was okay, but I was disappointed with the suite. Despite paying extra, the room felt very basic and didn’t offer much more than my parents’ standard room. I honestly didn’t feel the upgrade was worth the money. I also found the check-in process strange. Although I booked and paid for my own room, the front desk staff allowed my dad to sign my paperwork instead of asking me to sign it myself. Accessing the pool and gym was also inconvenient....

"Perfect, nothing to complaint about"
