"Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Das Hotel ist sauber allerdings riechen die Bettlaken und die Handtücher nicht besonders sauber. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut."
"The hotel was quite good and maintained well for the neighborhood it’s in . Our first hotel in Italy and staff were very welcoming and good . The elevator are quiet small tho .
They have a shuttle that starts in the evening at 8 pm and bring you back at 11 pm from the city , very very convenient. Also breakfast was good , it’s Napoli after all

"The hotel itself was perfect HOWEVER the hotel is not located in a good area. It’s right near the train station. Our uber driver advised us not to walk around the area at night. It was fine for what we used it for which was to be near the airport for an early morning flight"
"The property was great to stay at for this vacation. The staff were great and no problems or complaints. One small issue with the room I stayed in needed to be repainted. Other than that there was no problem at all."

"The room was clean but that is only positive. There was a kettle which is meaningless without cups, tea and coffee. Water pressure insufficient to flush toilet.Entry code for external door was inaccurate, it stated number but did not say I also needed to press key symbol first and last. I would not have got in without help from other guests. It would have been helpful to know Up shares building with 2 other hotels as this was cofusing

"After a 4 hr drive we wanted to relax. We got there at 12 but were told we couldnt check in til 1 which is 1/2 hr after check in. The room was hot as they said give it some time. We have an old system. By 3 it was apparent it was not working. We complained. I felt sick from the heat. It was 91 outside. The front desk told us all the rooms were the same. We went out to look for a new hotel, but we were not credited. I do not recommend the Luxor."

The service was world-class, the rooms were immaculate, and waking up to stunning views of the bay and Mount Vesuvius was unforgettable. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace—especially the fresh pastries—is an absolute must. Incredible hospitality, perfect location, and highly recommended!"
