Everything was great except that I did not bring my own shampoo and conditioner, and the front desk did not have any to give me or sell to me. Also the toilets say not to put trash into them, but does that include toilet paper? (Yes, that includes toilet paper)"

"PONTOS DE MELHORIA: - Tivemos uma inconveniência pois o ar condicionado não funcionava (qro 207) fomos transferidos para o qrto 107 e não tinha cortina (colocamos uma colcha na janela para bloquear a claridade); - Na troca de quarto encontramos um casaco que estava dentro do armário (parecia que era do hóspede anterior); - O box vazava água, ou seja, quando terminava o banho e ia me enxugar no tapete o mesmo já estava encharcado; - O bidê tinha manchas do caminho que a água fez (não sei se...

"It's the Royal Tulip, the stay was as expected. Resort type feel when on the property, beautiful pool area and staff are very friendly. Not exactly the "Holambra" experience one would expect, but it is a lovely getaway one would expect from the Royal Tulip brand. The town centre is about a 7 minutes drive from the hotel but not onerous. The area is in farm country, you might get stuck behind a tractor but that adds to the charm."
