"La limpieza excelente, el personal también, pasamos unos días fabulosos, fue un viaje familiar el hotel hermoso, todas las instalaciones. Volvería una y otra ves!"

"Very clean and great location. Walking distance to restaurants. Free breakfast and shuttle a plus. Only inconvenience was the thin walls making it somewhat difficult to sleep because of noisy neighbors."

"La comida debería por lo menos dar agua gratis a la gente , solo les falta cobrar el aire q se respira ahí adentro"

"Escogimos esta propiedad porque me quedaba muy cerca de todo. Me encantó el desayuno. Todo muy bien y el personal muy atento."

"Breakfast was excellent, perfect for going to Disney. Two king beds in the same room was amazing"

"Thanks,"

"The hotel itself is in a convenient location. The staff was nice and the lobby smelled really good. However, the rooms were pretty run down. And also, they say they have transportation to the parks. But it isn’t like the other hotels in the area that come and go all the time. They have a few drop off and pick up times and that’s it. They also only do room service every other day so since we only stayed two nights we never had service."

"They had no microwave in the room..had to walk all the way to the lobby to heat my food from the third floor..how horrible that was n also they didn’t clean the room after our first check out..room was still dirty when we came back n most of their elevators were broken, had to climb up n down the stairs..it was horrible"

"My family and I really loved everything, the staff was friendly and helpful the breakfast was VERY GOOD! Our room was nice and clean when we arrived… This is the second time we’ve stayed here and they’re will most likely be a third, thanks for helping our trip to be memorable"

"They only clean every 2 days. When I asked for clean sheets the lady gave me an attitude and said no"

"Staying was good, carpet on the 5th floor was smelling so bad. Also most of the towels that I got at the room had black long curly hair string."

"I like the transportation to the parks which saved us from having to drive in the very busy traffic. Also the restaurant on the property was very good and the hotel itself is close yo so many other eating places"

"I had no complaints, every thing was in order and the staff was amazing."
