"We were met on arrival at reception which was quick, easy and very friendly and were shown and told everything we needed to know. As mentioned in other reviews, the decor of the rooms is slightly older style but the room was clean, the bed comfortable and the shower and bathroom were fine. There was a pool and free buffet breakfast which added to the comfort and enjoyment. The hotel is also a short distance to the waterfront, bars, restaurants and ferries and a nice walk around to the beach."

"The hotel is very old, dirty and outdated. The room and bathroom are small and old. They also turn the hot water off around 11:30pm until a little after 7am. Food and drinks that came included is ok and not that great but if you enjoy cheap food and drinks, it will be fine for you. The staff was very nice and helpful. It was the only plus."

It was approximately a 2km walk from the harbour in Split and not centrally located as it states on the information. "Overall a great hotel and helpful staff. Pros: clean, modern, lots of amenities. Excellent beach across the street. Has parking. We really enjoyed our stay. Cons: it is about15-20 min drive to Split, but in the morning it took us over an hour to reach Split. This is due to only 1 road that crosses the river and its lights flash amber (no traffic control). This was consistent over the 3 days we passed by the area. Also, turning into the property is difficult depending on which way you arrive, but...

"Such great hosts and a fantastic sea front setting. Great base to visit Split with a bus stop on the doorstep. You will have your own parasol to position on the beach once you have finished exploring Split or make use of the free paddle boards! Definitely recommend!"

"Sunny, the host, was absolutely incredible. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was wonderful. Located just outside of a bus stop that easily took you into Split center city. Gorgeous views from our balcony. This is more of a boutique-style BnB, so bringing your own body wash and shampoo is recommended. If you forget, there’s a small Tommy’s (grocery store) less than a 10 min walk from the hotel. Would stay here again and again! "

"Small, cozy and really luxury hotel. Amazing view, room, staff and food. So serviceminded and if anythng happen or you need anything they just solve it. Because its a smaller hotel in the countryside it is really calm and quit. You are often the only one in the restaurant. Local small supermarket 900 m away and amazing local restaurant in the city with local food. But it is a very uphill walk.. so you must enjoy the countryside / mountains to stay here. Highly recommended. "
