"We were quite pleased with the hotel however, the front desk staff could use some additional training. They left the front desk unattended many times leaving quests waiting. Our check in was slow because the agent did not know how to check in a booking made through Expedia. After checkout - upon getting to the airport we realized the front desk had not returned my drivers license - when we called to inquire about it, the front desk clerk said yes they had it but she was less than apologetic,...
