"This is our second time in staying at this lovely hotel. Really felt for them as when Kona Low turned up all the staff pooled together and got through the endless chore of removing excess water and other problematic areas. But they never moaned and just got on with it. The hotel really have an amazing team. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a kitchenette it was great, did not use much of the utensils but they were there if we needed it. The ladies who looked after the cleaning of rooms...

The bed I used was very old mattress probably should’ve been replaced a few years ago.. the air split on wall in bedroom over the tv leaked and my leather bag was soaked...
