"The area is very peaceful and we were very grateful for the smart tv with Netflix. However, this should not be called a lodge, it is a motel, a lodge would have a cooking space for guests I would assume. We had lots of food to cook and nowhere to cook it. The microwave in the room did not work at all, did not heat even slightly…. One bed was ok but the other bed had such a big dip in the middle it meant sleep was challenging.
The restaurant served amazing butter chicken, breakfast was great...
"This is our second time staying for the long weekend and what a treat it was! The park was packed with kids of all ages making it for an enjoyable time for families.
The facilities are well looked after and the park really puts on a great schedule of activities for the kids.

"What an absolutely perfect place to sit back and relax… the beach is within walking distance, the waves lull you to sleep and the villa we stayed at had everything you could need (and some!) Sue at receptionist was a darling and very helpful.

"A lovely charming little cottage quite unlike the first impressions from the street as the garden was quite unkempt. FIRST IMPRESSIONS COUNT.
Inside we found everything we needed easily and were very comfortable. There were no sheets or towels but soon discovered we needed to bring our own. My fault as I am a shocker at reading small print.
We had a lovely weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

"Property is great with excellent amenities. I booked and paid in full through Wotif yet all further communication was from Sourhcoast Properties from whom I had three separate requests for payment of the “balance” of $824. Three emails and three calls later I felt the issue was solved and was advised that their system didn’t talk to the Wotif system but kindly ignore the requests. Arrived to collect key and you’ve guessed it I was asked for the balance of $824. Granted the lady who attended was...
