"Very helpful staff and the breakfast was great. I did not require my room cleaned daily, but when I did ask, it was not great. Toilet not cleaned and had to do that myself. Overall, a good stay"

"An obviously old building, with amazing period features everywhere. But well maintained, clean and large bedrooms. The most amazing view of the cathedral. Not noisy despite being on the main road, windows kept noise out and air con kept room cool. Helpful and friendly staff, refroze our freezer packs from the car cool box, answered our questions. Amazing value for money too, maybe a good deal as it was a Sunday night, but excellent value. 100% recommend"

"Nice and convenient hotel! Clean room, comfortable beds, nice breakfast and helpful staff. Just what you need. Right outside the train station is convenient and then only 8-10 min walk to anywhere in Central Metz. Highly recommend."

"I happened arrive at 1.05, so there was nobody and check in was assisted via phone. ok, quiet area , some restaurants nearby, breakfast okay, shower okay. but: parking? there was plenty of space, but most places for handicap-cars. looked like a hospital parking area, even no handicap cars . still serious warnings about taking your car away. many guests were a bit disturbed"
