"My family (2 adults and 3 months baby) spent an amazing 2 nights at Karriview recently. The location is perfect to explore the Margaret River attractions and the setting is amazing. Panoramic sweeping view of the tree tops baked in sunshine while having breakfast is just the perfect start to the day. There're plenty of kangaroos to be seen while walking around the place. "My husband and I have been coming back off and on since our children were young which is almost 30years. We love the position close to the water and bike path. We come now to just relax. We don’t have to start the car. Just a short walk and you have chemist and shop if you run out of anything. We will be back again. "

"Stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment for a night. It was spacious and clean, suitable for families with children. There’s a club house with a kids room and other facilities. It will be good if the indoor and outdoor swimming pools are a little cleaner though. In the evenings, ducks will start to colonize the pools. Food wise, there are some options nearby. Otherwise you can drive down to the city centre. "

We enjoyed the varied breakfasts that were provided each day, and whilst not every item provided was to our taste, we ate more than we left and certainly didn't go hungry. A toaster would be a welcome addition to the kitchen. If we have a criticism of the property, it is that the walks around the property were described in the compendium as "well signposted". "Good, clean motel right in the middle of town."

"Everything good except check in was clunky. Arranged to arrive after hours and collected directions to room, except the room allocated was already occupied. Couldn’t contact host as his phone was turned off, so after waiting in lounge room for an hour, I ended up just finding a vacant room and crashing in there for the night. Great value property, just frustrating at check in! "

"Excellent B&B property with very helpful hosts. Room was very comfortable and elegantly furnished. Everything we needed was there. Breakfast was homemade, plentiful & delicious. Will plan to stay there every time we are in the Margaret River area. Much calmer, less congested, quieter area than Margaret River itself. Highly recommended!"

"Good central location at Margaret River as a base to go up or down the region. Likely to disturb your neighbors if you talk loudly and use devices at full volume. Good place is you’re looking to be quiet and calm. Can hear the road from the apartment units but there’s not much traffic in the area so it’s not very disruptive. "

"Team were phenomenally accomodating when I had screwed up and booked the wrong date, despite it being closing time they rushed to clean up a room for me. Location was also perfect for exploring the Margaret River area at a reasonable price. Strongly recommend this place."
