"Misleading advertisement that showed there was a desk in the room (we reserved 4 rooms). We were on a business trip and the three most expensive rooms we booked - which was pictured with a desk - did not have one. No toiletries provided except for soap. And no room cleaning - apparently you had to request it. Reception lady was so unfriendly and cold."

"Kedves fogadtatásban volt részünk. Részletes tájékoztatást kaptunk a szolgáltatásról és a környékről. Makulátlan tisztaság fogadott mindenütt. Kényelmes volt az ágy, tiszta vizkőmentes a fűrdőszoba. "SAD to SAY that I was NOT able to STAY at this reservation. I had to contact a person to get key. Erzsébet wanted payment on arrival for the one night. I did not have the funds in Euro or Ft. My Expedia account showed payment on debit/credit to be made when I made the reservation. I was very, very disappointed. Kind of fraud!"
